Principal Kenneth Morrison is a licensed NYS Real Estate Broker and a Registered Apartment Manager (RAM) accredited by the National Association of Home Builders.  Mr. Morrison maintains membership in professional and civic organizations and currently sits on several boards.   He has been active in promoting affordable housing and community-based initiatives through collaborations with the City of New York.  Kenneth is a member of the Greater Harlem Real Estate Board, where he is a Board member and Past President.
